I cannot fin my post from a month ago on my phone!
Anyhow it's not shedding anymore. So here's what I did! 1) I CALMED the hell down lol.
But seriously I washed it with natural non soap products, deep condition, more water as if I was preggo, did not take the keratin vitamins but sort of slowed down on my prenatals.... Not intentional.
I've noticed my bm supply has tanked. Has anyone noticed that their hair shedding slowed down after their milk supply decreased.
