Four, I think. Three related to SCH and bleeding that lasted until 18 weeks and once for some crazy swelling that turned out to be caused by a previous condition.
I think about 5 times but at lest 2-3 were just to double check a medication was safe- once for a tooth infection Nd another for a yeast infection
Other times - lack of movement. Dull upper chest pain and they brought me in for both of those and finally sciatic pain, nothing they could do for that.
I called L&D (it was off hours) once when I fell and had to go in to be monitored.

Three. Once for quad screen results, and twice for weird colored discharge. Both turned out I was losing parts of my mucous plug. (When I lost mine with DS it was all at once, clear, and a little bloody. This one didn't look at all like that but same texture.)
I've only called once - and that was right at the beginning because I felt what I was sure was a cyst on my ovary. Went in for a u/s and I was right. It was no big deal, but that was the only time I've called them.
Once, but I think about it 3 times a day because I worry over everything! The one time was this past Wednesday trying to get my urine culture results before the holiday. I have had blood in my urine since the 11th and don't know why (blood in urine sample at high-risk doctor but no infection, then had blood show up in urine at OBGYN office last Thursday). The nurse told me it came back as negative but something in my results doesn't seem right and levels seem elevated but she doesn't know why or what it means. And she couldn't ask the doctor because they are all out of the office until Monday. So now I get to wait till Monday and hope whatever it is, doesn't get worse. I actually think she probably shouldn't have shared the results with me if a doctor hasn't signed off on them and now she has me worrying but doesn't have any answers for me.
But if you ask me how often I call the vet over my pets...that is a different story...I think I have paid for a wing of my vet's office by now. I am sure I will be the same with the pediatrician.

I've called my doc maybe one time in ALL FOUR pregnancies so far. And that was for bleeding with DS1 at 36 weeks. It was scary. Other than that, nada. It's a combo of luck and being really really laid back about stuff. I've been encouraged to call several times, but never have... I'm more of a wait and see type person.
I've called my midwife only once- over a weekend. I woke up with horrible UTI symptoms and she called in my Rx! Other than that I haven't called at all- SO grateful for this healthy pregnancy!!
Twice. Once when I was having problems breathing and fhe ER doctor said it was mini panic attacks but my regular doctor thinks it has to do with my really low blood pressure. The second time was last night. I thought I was having symptoms of preterm labor but after spending and hour and a half in L&D it ends up I have a UTI (again, for the 3rd time). I worry a lot but I don't feel it's enough to call the doctor. I tend to read up on whatever worries me and my mind is usually put at ease or I add it to my list of questions to ask at my next appointment.
Re: How many times have you called your doc this pregnancy?
