What is YOUR pie?? I just baked two pecans for our feast tomorrow (tomorrow is Wednesday ladies! Don't worry, you aren't a day behind!), and I am chomping at the bit to dig in. What is your favorite thanksgiving pie?

I like all the pies equally. I usually try to eat less dinner so there is room for multiple holiday pies.

For me, it is not Thanksgiving without pumpkin pie.

SS because I don't MAKE pie but it is my job to BUY the delicious strawberry rhubarb crumb pie x2.

For Christmas my aunt would make an awesome chocolate pie especially for me because she knew it was my favorite. Too bad she went crazy and ran away. Seriously. No one knows where she is. Sad.

Usually I would say apple, but I made pumpkin cream pie for the first time the other day and holy cannoli it was divine! Way better than plain pumpkin.

I love apple, pumpkin, pear, pear or apple cranberry. I have never made pecan or sweet potato pie. Honestly, I'll eat them all.

I need to try sweet potato pie! I've never had it, despite growing up in the country. (And now I have "Song of the South" by Alabama in my head!)

I voted apple, although it's probably a tie between apple and pecan. But really my favorite pie is coconut cream pie.

I think my favorite changes with the season. In May I'm so excited to have fresh rhubarb. By the end of summer, my favorite is a mixed summer fruit pie, peaches, apricots, plums, cherries, blackberries and the like usually make the mix. I really like the flavor of mixed fruit pies.

I'm doing a winter/late fall version for tomorrow.

And winter is when I'm ready for things like key lime and chocolate cream. My sister insists on banana cream for Easter every year.
