I absolutely love our DCP

Reese goes to an in home daycare 3 days a week. This women is amazing. She is a retired kindergarten teacher. She is so careful with Reese's allergies. It is like the stereotypical warm and nurturing grandma. She takes the kids on long walks, bakes with them, plays the piano.

She gave Reese a Hanukkah gift today since she won't be there until next Monday and I melted.

Nope NJ---and she is amazingly inexpensive too--especially for a HCOL state. 

Last week for lunch she served homemade chicken soup (It was miserable out weather wise too)

I am actually considering holding off formal preschool until she is 4 for pre-k. I don't want to have her leave

We do both. (DH is Catholic and I am Jewish) She made this keepsake as an ornament (with a loop and a bell) so Reese can put it on the tree.

That's awesome!  My oldest has gone to a bunch of daycares because of moves and job changes and my two favorites, hands down, were home providers :-D
