Anyone use Cica Care on keloid scar?

I had a csection 7 months ago. My scar looked great in the beginning but has since formed keloids. I hate the way it looks. I was curious to see if anybody had used this type of product on a keloid scar? How soon after your surgery did you use it? Did you see a difference? I really want to try it but I'm not sure if I have waited to long to give it a try! TIA!
