Today I feel almost ok.  I was actually able to clean (more thn just the needed dishes to survive)  I did have a wave of grief hit me ... but I was able to move on after my cry...  I think I'll be ok.  I just wanted to update after I posted about my bad day Friday...  Thank you girls for being here..

I'm so glad to hear you're feeling better.  Did you get a hold of your doctor to get your medicine straightened out?  I hope your improved mood continues.  There will be a lot of ups and downs, especially over the next few months, but I'm glad to hear you're feeling better today.

 Glad you're feeling better. It does get better-that sounds trite, but I'm sharing from experience.

Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better. Hope you start having more "good" days! We all have good ones and bad ones. It's nice when the good ones start outweighing the bad ones.

I'm glad you are feeling better. It does get easier with time. You never forget but slowly, you can start to see the sun shine again. I still had "bad" day even when I started having more good days, but it really does get better. I hope you start having more good days!
