The only "symptoms" I had were sore boobs (which I get every cycle after O anyway), brown spotting from 12-14dpo and then I started having AF-like cramps from the day I got my BFP (14dpo) up to this week. They seemed to have stopped now (knock on wood that baby is still growing in there). GL to you!
Me: 44 DH: 42.
DS born healthy at 40 weeks 8/24/09.
TTC since then with no luck or ART.
Surprise BFP 8/6/14... MMC @ 8 weeks 4 days... Miss you everyday sweet baby angel.
that being said, your body cannot react to being pg until it knows you are pg: when the embryo implants. so if you are earlier than like 8 dpo, then it's really in your head.
with my first bfp, i dry heaved almost the entire 2ww and was really tired. After the m/c i still dry heaved but only when brushing my teeth..lol. This time around, i was super tired, and took a nap now and then, which i would never do...the dry heaves got a little worse also. I tested at 13dpo the first time and 10dpo the second time. Extra sore bbs the first time around, but they went away, obviously since it wasnt a viable pg. This time, mild sore bbs that still remain mildly sore. GL to you

The only "symptom" I really had was 6 or 7 DPO, I got cramps like AF was about to come (I o'd late, so in my mind I was 4 days away from AF and thought nothing of the timing). No spotting, though. After that I didn't have any other symptoms until a few days after the BFP which I got at 9-10 DPO (sore boobs and fatigue, mostly), and it wasn't until weeks 7-8 really that m/s started to show up.
I had really sore boobs, but didn't realize that it was related to being pregnant until I got my BFP. So, I'm not really sure how many DPO I was. Plenty of people have no symptoms at all.
About 3 DPO I started getting really bad heartburn at night, but obviously thought nothing of it. I started getting fatigue at 7 DPO and smell aversions at 10 DPO. BFP 13 DPO.
Everyone is different. Other than tired all the time I have no symptoms. Then again, the tiredness could also be due to the fact that my DS isn't STTN =D
Approx. 1 week DPO I had: heartburn, was more tired, bbs were tingly, then became sore about 2 weeks DPO, I had nosebleeds throughout the 2WW, about five I think. I also noticed my sense of smell was more keen and I was also more gassy. When AF was due I was really crampy and I swore she was coming for the whole week....so I didn't test until I was five days late.

Re: How many DPO did you feel symptoms?
none. i didn't have symptoms.
you prob don't either. prob all in your head.

I had some cramping at 6 and 7 dpo.
DH said I was moody.
I was really hot/flushed (still am) from about 8 or 9 dpo on.
Around 11 dpo I started with the real symtpoms: frequent peeing, sore boobs, fatique, insomnia and some queasiness off and on. Fun times! :-)
