Daycare recommendations in North County

My husband and I live in Oceanside, and we're expecting our little guy on May 1st. After maternity leave, I'll need to put our son in daycare. We have no family out here and no friends with little ones - does anyone have any recommendations for daycare, preferably in either Oceanside or Carlsbad? I'm trying to be proactive and stay ahead of the game, but I just don't know where to start. Any advice would be appreciated!

Re: Daycare recommendations in North County

  • Are you looking for an in home or a daycare facility. I've heard great things about Children's Paradise and Noah's Ark in Vista I know a few families at each of those schools. A coworker'a kiddo goes to Coles Cottage in Vista (it's and inhome facility) and they love it.

Sorry I don't have any Oceanside or Carlsbad recs.
I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!

    Mom to Lily and Colin!
  • A woman I used to attend church with has a daycare by TCMC, and my daughter and both my nephews attended. She was great-her name is Theresa. Let me know if you're interested and I'll contact her to make sure she has room available for an infant.
