Sorry if this is TMI ....

in 1st Trimester
Had a BM and spotted light red only once , that was 6 hours ago, none since. Was from the front not the back . Sorry for TMI but I love this forum and everyone is always understanding

    Not TMI. Light spotting can be okay. Have you had any cramping? If I were you I would call my OB just to check in but I would not worry. I had spotting/bleeding with my second pregnancy for my first and 2nd trimester and it was fine. Doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong, but never hurts to call.

    Just mild cramps, like a period but less painful . Like here and there not all the time

    Your cervix is really tender and blood vessels get swollen, so it could just have gotten irritated while you were pushing. Keep an eye on it, especially if the cramps get worse, but it sounds like you're probably ok.
