Pain in lower right abdomen?

I keep getting these pains in my lower right abdomen and back. They come and go so I'm not sure if they are contractions but when they happen they are pretty painful and make me get all sweaty. But only on that side and in that area. What could it be? I'm 33 weeks currently.

Could be appendicitis or a kidney infection related to a UTI. I'd get it checked out.
