I posted this earlier, but you weren't here! 

Hi, I saw your post from yesterday about twins.  I am in a similar situation as you are, as I took Femara to help me ovulate.  I was being monitored and I had 2 good sized follicles at CD 12.

I went in for an ultrasound two days ago and I definitely have one gestational sac--but there is a pretty good possibility that there are 2.  It was hard to tell because I am still so early, so my doctor is having me come back in 2 weeks to check for sure.

My first beta at 13 dpo was 223.  I'm not sure if that really makes a difference though.

Thanks for the info! My dr didnt want to do betas or anything..... is that weird? I dont go till the 19th so hopefully we will see then. Good luck to you too!! Let me know what you find out!

I didn't have betas done for my first pregnancy, so I actually thought it was weird when then did them this time around.  Either way, I'm anxious to have my next ultrasound on 1/12.

You'll have to keep me posted as well!  Take care!
