Baby blister?

I changed his diaper this morning and all looked normal. A few hours later I changed it again and saw that he has a blister like thing on the side of his penis. Doesn't hurt him when touched and it's just under the head.

Called the pedi but only got the machine. Anyone encounter this? I tried googling it but only came up with stuff with boys that have foreskin issues but DS is uncircumcised.

Doc took a look at it and if anyone comes across this as well she told me it was an inclusion cyst.
