Pregnancy safe workouts

I'm a on my first pregnancy, we guestimate about 5 weeks, although I won't know for sure until December 3rd when I meet with my Dr. Prior to finding out I did a lot of Bikram Yoga, Running and TRX classes. I would like to continue to work out as I hear it's great for heart health (me and the little one's) but want to be safe. I've already quit Bikram, that's too much, but I'm wondering about TRX and if I could look into Yoga and Pilates.

What workouts have you found to be safe, and beneficial?
