I feel good I planned this week.

Tonight: stuffed peppers and salad
Tomorrow: moraccan chicken drew and rice
Tuesday: Turkey burgers roasted red potatoes
Wednesday: pulled pork and Mac and cheese
Thursday: leftovers

  • Honestly not sure---I will be gone 3 nights during the week this week (board meeting on Tuesday and parent/teacher conferences at night on Wednesday/Thursday)

    Because of that I may just wing it. 

    We have enough frozen things (perogies, soup, etc) that it may be just pot luck most of this week.

  • Tonight - Crockpot Gumbo
    Monday - Chicken Salad
    Tuesday - Dirty Rice and carmelized broccoli
    Wednesday - Chicken Al Fredo and sautéed squash
    Thursday - Made from scratch chicken and dumplings
    Friday - Eat out
  • Sun: honey garlic chicken, cinnamon roasted carrots, rice
    Mon: roasted asparagus, sundried tomato, and mozzarella with pesto pasta
    Tues: hawaiian meatballs, coconut rice, grilled pineapple
    Wed: out
    Thur: chicken parmigiana sandwiches, garlic roasted green beans
    Fri: potato, kale, and italian sausage soup
    Sat: out

    I'm terrible at planning meals... I probably should though, since I'm so busy with the DC activities.  I am definitely going to try that burger recipe.

  • Monday: white chicken chili
    Tuesday: turkey and cheddar meatballs with homemade pesto and spaghetti noodles
    Wednesday: Venison stroganoff with
    Thursday: gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella balls
    Friday: turkey tacos
    Saturday: Homemade broccoli and cheese soup with pretzel rolls
    Sunday: left overs (fend for your damn self, I'm not cooking!!)

    I suck...no meal plan this week. But everyone has some great ideas so maybe I'll steal some recipes from you guys!

    Eta...tonights menu consists of homemade pasta sauce with ground turkey meatballs, sausage, and chicken (over pasta of course). And wine :-D

    Tonight: black bean, avocado & spinach fried (baked) burritos
    Monday: pork w/pear sauce and Alfredo noodles w/peas
    Tuesday: salmon with leftover noodles w/peas
    Wednesday: tofu w/peanut noodles
    Thursday: leftovers
    Friday: pizza because mommy is going to see Catching Fire

    sumac skirt steak with pomegranate reduction, tomato/feta/cucumber salad, almond couscous


    whole wheat penne with chicken sausage, chard, mushrrooms & goat cheese-tomato sauce

    hot dogs, chips, fruit, raw veg

    eggs, hash browns, turkey sausage

    I haven't planned anything this week. I'm just trying to use up what's in the freezer/pantry to make room for my "big" grocery trip this weekend, which will be larger than usual due to Thanksgiving.

  • Don't know which days I'm doing what, but: tacos, shrimp scampi, ham & potatoes, chicken something....that's about as far as I've gotten lol.

  • Mon- Fried Tilapia, white rice, black beans (over rice) & corn

    Tues-Tuna Casserole (first time making this dish)

    Wed- Rotisserie chicken (Costco), mashed potatoes & salad

    Thurs-Tacos & salad

    Fri & Sat -Fend for themselves. I do not cook

    Sun- Ribs, potato salad & grilled aparagus

    Sun will be my last day cooking till Thanksgiving.

  • Tonight is steak and Caesar salad.

    I actually cooked Saturday night and Sunday night (which I never end up doing) so I cooked the other two meals I had planned for this week, which were oven fried chicken with rice and gravy and oyster chicken. 

    My husband bought a huge bag of frozen chicken wings and french fries last week at Costco, so maybe we'll just eat those for the foreseeable future.


  • Mushroom stroganoff
    Toad in the hole with green beans
    Fish pie with peas

    And then we're off to Liverpool for the weekend to visit family so what's for dinner isn't my job.
  • Tonight we had chicken parm.
    I think tomorrow it will be breakfast for dinner for Reese (I am going out)
    Wednesday: Minnestrone soup
    Thursday: Pierogies
    Friday: shredded chicken tacos.
