Re: 22 weeks and belly feels achy :(

  • I'm 21 weeks with twins. Been uncomfortable for a couple weeks now. I sleep on my side with a pillow between my legs. Also been getting meg cramps - trying to drink even more water and rest at work when I can (I'm a teacher so I'm on my feet a lot but wearing the most comfortable shoes I can find)
  • I'm 17 weeks and have been achy for a few days.  But this is my third and everything is all stretched out already.  =)  Prenatal yoga helps a little, and like someone else said, lots of water.  Not my strong point, but water does help.  Stretching helps with the leg cramps too!  I get them a lot when pregnant!

  • I bought a pregnancy pillow with my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies. It helps support your growing belly at night so it's less achy during the day. I also found a "boomerang" pillow at Wal-Mart that is wonderful to maneuvering under your abdomen.
