It's almost eery how similar our tastes are.

I love all your boy names with the exception of Liam.  I'd spell Kade with a C (Cade).  My favorite is Chase but I'd pair it with a different MN.

Collin Grant~ Collin is okay for me, friends used that one too
Mason Kade or Mason Grant ~ Mason is a name we thought about using as a MN and I LOVE Kade esecially in the mn spot. Grant is a good choice too, just like Kade a tad bit better

Ava Kate or Ava Grace ~ I have always loved Ava, I think I like Ava Kate just a little more than Ava Grace. 

Camilla Kate or Camilla Grace ~ Reminds me of rince Charles' mistress
