Personalized address labels - name question

I never changed my last name when we got married. When the kiddo was born, we gave him both last names (not hyphenated, although people often do). So we have Mr. "Smith", Mrs. "Brown", and Baby "Smith Brown". When addressing mail, I usually just use my name, but I'd like to get personalized address labels this year for Christmas cards. Would you go with Smith, Brown, Smith Brown, or Smith-Brown on the address labels? Most people address our mail as either Smith-Brown Family or just Smith family.

This is one of the few reasons I actually wish I had changed my name.
