With my first son, I had a problem with inverted nipples and had to use a nipple shield for the four months I breastfed. I am convinced it was the main reason for my low supply problems. However, I was told after I had my son that there was certain "exercises" (for lack of a better word) to do while pregnant so that I wouldn't have the problem next time.
I plan on starting to attend local LeLecheLeague meetings again next month, so I can ask them then, but I thought I see if anyone happened to know on this board. Thanks!
