Cloth Diapering

Favorite fitted tutorial?

H is throwing a fit about buying more diapers. I can sew, and I figured it wouldn't be too hard to make a fitted. I even have all the materials, I think. (Terry, flannel, snaps, elastic.)

I also have a crap ton of prefolds. Would it be wise to convert a few or should I leave them as a set for resale purposes?

  • I was just looking at one....sewastraightline.com

I haven't walked through the steps yet myself, but I feel like it's "simple".  I also already had printed out that Rita's Rump Pattern.

for ON, you would just change your materials.  All diapers are shaped the same.

as ITK has suggested, your best bet would be to just start out with some cheap, practice fabric, and just start sewing to see what works.

Also, I thought about using pf's to convert.  But I like my pf's for trifolding.

  • Thanks! I will check it out. Right now a small GMD prefold is working well. It's soaked, but doesn't leak out of the BB cover.
