Random Tip for FTMs

If you think you have or will outgrow your current bathing suit bikini top and/or if you don't own a bikini top, pick one up in a larger size now while they are on clearance (5 bucks at OldNavy.com).  I was perusing the site for maternity clothes and realized I should get one of these bad boys while they are cheap -- they are LIFESAVERS for the first few weeks of post-partum showers.  After having DS, my breasts and nipples were so tender from breastfeeding and hormonal changes in general that even the water from the shower head was painful...but wearing a bathing suit bikini top in the shower made showers so much more comfortable.

Just a random tip for you guys...I'm picking up a bikini top right now.

I would have never thought of that! I was like yeah right I never want to see a bikini again...but I had the same thing with just the water stream in the shower, and the fact that it felt so weird being naked with new found torpedoes and no support even for just a shower

wow, this is something i NEVER would have thought of! thank you! my bikini top is miles from fitting already i'm sure.

Hahah, yea, I'm definitely only buying the top...and it'll never see the light of day.

Post-partum showers are the best things ever, and it sucks when your breasts are so tender that you can't enjoy them.  The bikini top really helped me!

Taht's a really good piece of advice. I thought I was going to DIE when the water hit my boobs post-partum. It never even occurred to me to do this.
