Hi ladies, I'm just looking for any tips to help with joint pain during pregnancy. It's been brutal for the past few weeks, especially in bed. My knees, elbows, shoulders, even my knuckles and ankles have been aching when I wake up. I didn't have this as an issue last pregnancy. I can't take Ibuprofen because I'm allergic (i'm not even sure if any pregnant person is allowed to take it, but I just know I can't anyways!). Any tips. I am using a snoogle pillow and it has helped my hips out, just everything else is sore!
