I should know better.. Stupid pgal brain!

I spotted with my son and he was born perfect and healthy so I should know that spotting isn't always a bad thing.  Just went to the bathroom and freaked when I saw brown blood and dark red blood.  Called the doctor and said to stay off my feet for a few days and it was probably because we DTD last night and then from my weight lifting this morning (i only used 7.5 pound dumbbells compared to my 15lb).  I am totally freaking out even though I know it can be perfectly normal.  pgal brain is awful!!!! I don't know how to calm myself down.

    DTD always does it!  I had the same problem earlier this week.  It's still so scary, even though I told myself to expect it.  FX yours goes away soon!
