The World Series

Is killing this East Coast MTB.   There isn't a west coast team in the series, why can't we start these games just a little earlier so I can see the whole game without being an exhausted evil biotch the next day at work?   Just need the Sox to take care of this tonight so I can get to bed at a decent time tomorrow!

Re: The World Series

  • I am sure my husband had the hormonal tears flowing too;) He is a die hard fan!!! He is beyond excited:)
  • Loading the player...
  • I am in Boston. I had to go to bed. I checked scores during my pee breaks. I must have been tired because I was in such a deep sleep when they won it I didn't even here the cheers from DH In the next room! Way to go sox!
Can't figure out the signature thing, so here's the short, short version.....first daughter born on November 10, 2013. She was conceived through the magic of IVF after 2+ years of TTC.
  • Now that was an amazing game!  I had a feeling about this year!  I am paying the price for staying up so late, but it was worth it!  Go Sox!

Little Bean arrived on Nov 2013...all 10lbs 9oz of him!

  • Don't feel bad, I live in MA and couldn't keep my eyes open until the end! People were going to the marathon finish line after the game to pay their respects! I'm so proud of this city!
  • I live about 15 minutes out of Boston and people were driving around honking their horns, screaming, setting off fireworks. I dont care much for baseball so I just found it abnoxious and annoying to be woken up. Dh was excited tho.
  • I made it to the end, but not much longer. Some of my younger cwkers were at HOB on landsdown for a concert last night, cant wait to hear what their evening was like.
We only had the occasional firework in my new neighborhood, I bet my old "hood" was insane though.
