siggie help please

I tried to update my signature with a blue ticker instead of green, but somehow messed it up.  What did I do wrong?  I copied and pasted directly from the bump ( <a href="https://www.thebump.com/?utm_source=ticker&utm_medium=HTML&utm_campaign=tickers" title="Parenting Tips"><img src="https://global.thebump.com/tickers/tt180adc.aspx" alt=" BabyFruit Ticker" border="0"  /></a> ) and it's just coming up as code in the siggie.
