Dd1 asked to get big girl underwear over the weekend so we went out and bought some.  We bought some of the Gerber training underwear that are thicker with some plastic in the middle.  She has only had a few pee accidents but poos in her underwear every time.  I only have 4 pairs of underwear which is not working.  Should I get more trainers or just go for "regular" underwear?

Regular! We got two 7 packs (so 14 pairs) when we were training DS.

Thanks ladies!  If only they made regular underwear with side snaps for poo accidents.  I'm not enjoying pulling pokey underwear down.

Lol. Apparently I had a tough time with pooping on the potty. My mom said she threw many a pair of poopy underwear in the trash because she didn't want to deal with it.

Don't even tempt me with that idea!  Luckily we also cloth diaper so I have a diaper sprayer.  I can't even imagine it without a diaper sprayer!

I like the Gerber ones (the thick cotton, not the plastic).

I bought super cool undies that DS picked out, and told him that I would throw them away if he pooped in them. It was a cry-fest, but only happened once.
