How long do you think you will be active on this board?

I really enjoy this board and it's the first and only board i belong too. Keeps me busy while at work, tons of helpful advice etc... soooooo

I voted day by day. As long as I'm not one of like 5 members left, I assume I'll stick around. Don't want to be the Lone Ranger.

I agree with the PP's, I've been on here since I was about 4 weeks pregnant and should technically be on the March board since Brayden came early like some of the other ladies but I like it here.

This is me too. I was creeping on a few of the months before ours so I could see what we have to look forward to and those boards are DEAD
I enjoy the advice and questions, it's nice to know you/your baby are totally normal

I put day by day...  Technically I should also be on the March board since she came early, but there is never anything going on there.  And besides, I like it better here  I just wish my phone wasn't so terrible, I would post more if I was able to use my laptop more often.  I'll probably hang around until we have #2 on the way, or the board slows down a bunch.

I agree with this. When there is a new kid, I'll be there more frequently and this will probably become secondary.


I disagree. I think I will be here more and my second BMB will be secondary. This will all be new, being pregnant and having a newborn won't be.

While it would not be your first rodeo anymore, you can try to calm some FTM down like some of the STM+ here did for some of us with all the silly questions asked. Which is why I would probably be more frequent there, because new moms and new pregnancies create a lot of discussion.

I'll be around for as long as there are new posts. Sadly my June 2011 board fizzled out shortly after our babies turned 1 and it was super active up until that point. Things got weird though - some bumpies tried a "reunion" and it got all cliquey and stuff. Then the bump had those privacy changes and everyone jumped ship to Facebook. I still prefer the "anonymity" of the bump though so I never joined the FB group. I still check the board every couple weeks but there is rarely anything new.

I enjoy this board tons! I really would have been lost on numerous topics if I hadn't found you guys! Being pregnant and a mom is new territory for me so I am super thankful for you girls! Plus looking at other boards everyone on here is kind and mature, not caddy and cruel in comparison. I hope everyone decides to stick around for the long haul!
