Pregnant after a Loss

I just did my intro a few days ago. I had a positive last week Tuesday. Confirmed via blood on Wednesday. My IC got darker until Friday. I took a digital and loved the "Pregnant 1-2". Saturday the line looked lighter. Sunday even lighter. This morning negative on the digital and maybe a line if you really tried on the cheapie. Well my hcg was 3.4 
looks like loss #4. I am coming off my progesterone and waiting to miscarry. The nurse at my REs office wasn't the nicest. Basically she said if I waited until day 28 I would have never know. So not helpful comment. Plus I have 24 to 25 day cycles so yea I would have tested last week Thursday to see if I should continue my progeterone.
Back to the RE Friday. I am at a loss. All my tests have been normal so far. Not sure what else to ask for or what he will offer.
