I could just cut my head off bc it hurts so much!! I have taken Zyrtec, just used my netti pot now took Tylenol grrrrr! So happy for this baby but this symptom can go away! Vent over!

    I like to use the breathe right strips and a humidifier as well. It seems to help my congestion.  Benadryl works well at night.

    I feel your pain! I am soo stuffy and would LOVE to take a decongestant. I have resisted.  I have been using a netti pot, a humidifier and saline nasal spray.
