Left Side Pain

Hello.  I am new to this board.  After a miscarriage last year, we have been hesitant to ttc again but started in May,  I am a bit nervous because I had faint positives last time, and this time is starting that way as well.  I have also had a dull, achy pain in my lower left abdomen area- yesterday it was all day, and today it started again about half an hour ago.  I'm concerned about ectopic, but as I read about it, I noticed that the pain did not begin until weeks 5-8.  I would be 4w1d today.  Is anyone else having this kind of pain, or has anyone had a previous ectopic that was felt this early?

This early people normally have slight cramping because your uterus is stretching. I have cramps also and I am 5w2d.

One sided cramping like that that isn't severe and isn't accompanied by bleeding is often a corpus luteum cyst https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corpus_luteum_cyst
