My fasting is still below 100 but the past week or so my 1 hour after meal numbers have been high, sometimes they're ok but mostly they're high (I just got 170 after eating wheat toast with cheddar cheese). I'm going to call the endocrinologist office tomorrow and let her know, I guess it's time to start insulin? Kind of a bummer..I'm just entering my 4th month and didnt need insulin until the 3rd trimester last pregnancy.
I spoke to the doctor and will be starting insulin. I need to keep a close watch on it because sometimes my BG is good so I hope the insulin doesn't cause it to drop too low
