Random sharp pains...

This is my 28th week. For the past week or two I have been having random sharp pain in my lower abdomen, like really low. Maybe round ligament pain?  I am also extremely sore when I get up off of the couch. I'm guessing this is all normal stuff? This is my first child so every little pain I experience I freak out about. I'm sure the on call nurses are sick of me calling ALL THE TIME. Ha! Does anyone else experience these types of pains?

I get these types of pains and I am pretty sure it is RLP.  I have asked the doctor and she said unless it feels like contractions it is fine.
