New symptom on the rise..dry, dry skin! I would imagine most dandruff shampoos are not a good idea. What are you ladies using to treat this!? Any suggestions welcome
Coconut oil with a few drops of tea tree oil for dandruff is awesome. I put it on my scalp and leave it on over night. I have a keratin treatment so I can't use just anything on my hair.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
I use t-sal by neutrogena. I know some people are vehemently against salycic acid during pregnancy but I use it anyway. my hair has been a wreck since my first pregnancy; it just never recovered. if I don't use the t-sal it is a disgusting oil slick.
My doc has no issues with salicylic acid or dandruff shampoo. I use Suave Scalp Solutions shampoo for allergic hives and the sexy scalp acne I get from pregnancy.

I have psoriasis and use Head and Shoulders to keep it under control. There is no way I'm not using it. Although, I've noticed it getting better since getting pregnant.
