Baby acne

DD is 11 days old and after her sponge bath yesterday I noticed she might be getting baby acne. Anything I can do for this or just let it run its course?

    You really don't have to do anything it should go away on its own eventually. If you are breast feeding put some BM on it. That cleared it up really quickly for my LO.

    The doctor told us to just leave it alone. It was pretty much completely gone by 6 weeks.

    My LO got it at 6weeks....that's being said I just wiped her face with a warm wash cloth....no soap and it got better .....but it sort of come and goes.

    LO got it at about 4 weeks, it cleared up in about a week and a half. It will pass!
