banana shake- frozen banana + milk (I use unsweetened almond but you can use whatever you like/have) and blend- so good! You can also add unsweetened cocoa powder to make it chocolate-y or a little Hershey's syrup. Even a little peanut butter (I'll add like a tsp of natural p.b. and the chocolate- so good!)
Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares (I get the ones with almonds and sea salt- just 1 is enough for me)
Homemade trail mix with raw almonds, dried cranberries, and Ghiradelli dark choc chips.
