Pregnancy after miscarriage

Had an early miscarriage (blighted ovum) in May. Second month back to trying and we are pregnant again! I have so many emotions excited happy petrified. So scared it will happen again. Is anyone out there in the same boat?

Congrats!!    I am in the exact same boat.  I had a blightum ovum diagnosed at 8wks in July and was lucky enough to get pregnant as soon as we started trying.  It has been a roller coaster for me as well.  My first apt is this week in which I will be just over 8 wks again.  There are quite a few PGALS on this board that share the same sort of happiness and anxiety that comes with pregnancy after a loss.  I have found it very reassuring to know what I am feeling is normal.  Best of luck and I am wishing sticky dust for all of us!

Congrats!  I'm pretty much in the exact same boat.  I had a missed miscarriage also in May (never got a heartbeat) and had a D&C.  2nd cycle after the surgery, here I am!  Congrats again!

welcome!  and you are not alone...I have had two losses this year and I know PGAL brain is the worst!  As PP mentioned check out the pgal check-in.

Congrats!! Had a MMC in February at 11 1/2 weeks saw heartbeat the week before. So nervous this time.

I'm very similar, we discovered a BO May. We got pregnant my 2nd cycle after (1st cycle cleared to try)

Congratulations! I had a miscarriage in March and we started trying again in august and now we are pregnant again! I worry too, if my stomach hurts I get really worried, I called my doc and they moved my first ultrasound from the 30th to this Monday just to make sure everything is okay, I'll be 6 weeks and 6 days when we have our first ultrasound. Try not to worry, it's easier said than done but I think you will be fine

 I know how you feel.  I had 2 MC before my son.  When I got pregnant with him it was hard to be excited.  I had an u/s at 8, 10, and 12 weeks with him for peace of mind. 

It's really hard not to worry but try to relax!  Congrats!

Yes. Being pregnant after a loss is very nerve-wracking.  You are in good company though. There are alot of us who have had previous losses and can empathize and sympathize with what you are going through.

I had a blighted ovum back in Feb 2013, n finally decided Ta try again and I am now 6 weeks pregnant and also very full of mixed emotions

We had a very early m/c in June!  We are excited too!!  Sticky babies thoughts!!

2 years ago I was in that exact same situation. Got pregnant, then was diagnosed with blighted ovum. 6 weeks later I got pregnant with my son! They say you are more fertile after a m/c. Fx for your sticky bean!

I'm in the same boat I had a Mmc in June at 10 1/2 weeks. I had a cp 4 weeks ago. Now I'm pregnant again ..... It's going to be the longest 1st trimester in history, or seems that way.

I too lost mine in May and am 7 weeks now. Don't worry. Every pregnancy is different and it's best to stay calm as that will help you stay in the right mind set. Congratulations!

I had a miscarriage before my daughter was born, and I'm still anxious this time around! It's normal :-) I hope everything goes well for you!

I had a miscarriage last September and finally after a year of trying, we are prego again. I'm only 6 weeks and will continue to be super nervous until after 14 weeks, which is when the miscarriage happened before. Just trying to stay positive!
