Hey everyone, I wanted to update you on my situation. As I told you guys I started spotting and lost all my symptoms, since I've been through a few MC I thought I was out. I took a test today because my breast started kinda hurting again and it was a strong positive, I'm very confused and I'm planning on calling my doctor on Monday.

Symptoms can come and go, so try not to use symptoms as an indicator of whether or not you're pregnant.  If you only had a little bit of spotting and no full on flow, you're likely fine, but if you want to call your doctor, go for it.  Not sure what they'll be able to tell you - GL!

  • At this point only time will tell. Like I mentioned in the pm, during my last miscarriage the tests stayed positive for quite some time. With that said, the fact that you haven't started full on bleeding and still have some symptoms, and have a history of spotting in a successful pregnancy could indicate that everything will be fine.  The beta test will hopefully provide you with answers!

  • @xnbride, I guess I'm a little bit hopeful just because with my last chemical the line faded but you are right time will tell.
  • I definitely think you have reason to be hopeful, hun! Keep hope alive until you know otherwise. Big big hugs headed your way!

  • Although spotting is normal it is something you should bring to your OB's attention. As for other physical symptoms of pregnancy....they can go as quickly as they appear. As some of the other ladies have already said, you shouldn't gauge your pregnancy solely on your daily symptoms r you would drive yourself absolutely crazy. Hang in there :)

  • When I was pregnant with baby #1 I started bleeding heavily at 10 weeks. I thought for sure I was MC. Turns out I had a small tear in my uterus called a Sub chorionic (sp?) Bleed. Baby was perfectly fine. Took time to finish "bleeding" out but apparently it can also just absorb in utero too. Check with your doc but I'm crossing my fingers for you!!
