Bump Memories

I've been around since December 2011 even though I was a dirty lurker most of the time. I posted rarely most because my old phone didn't let me post and I'm never on a computer (thus all the typos!). But I was thinking about old bump memories and then I saw the post about words that stuck from other bumpies. So, what fond or not-so-fond memories do you have?

Mine are mostly drama related like the teen mom on the board and the book exchange drama and the corporal punishment debates, and all the outlash at k3pink early on and then respect that she at least stands her ground and takes the comments and keeps coming back.

I also remember the one poster who had her baby first and rather premature (was it May?). And then all the other births, mucus plug posts, newborn posts, CIO posts, etc.

Anyone else care to share?

I miss Hump Day Bump Days. That was good times.

The truth or dare night was fun. I think I took a bump break after that though. haha.

As a fellow EP'er, I clearly remember BBJ, before she was BBJ, and her clogged duct saga. I was hyper vigilant for signs of trouble at the time and made mental note of all the remedies offered, which I used successfully on occasion. And since it's weird to reminisce about a bumpie's boobs, I'll stop there and just say "Chairgate".

Yes, the poster was Ahend005, and her baby was Finnegan. Not sure what happened to her, but I hope the baby is doing well!

I am cracking up at all of these memories. It is hard to believe that we have all been together for so long. The truth or dare post was great until all of the other boards started stalking our posts and revealing them way to fast.

I remember so much drama, esp with shelbeh, even before the book exchange. The truth or dare post was hilarious, all the ask me anything posts, the day in the life posts, and i miss the FFFC and UO Posts getting juicy lol

Ok, yeah, I originated that thread and, for the record, I honestly did NOT expect it to go the way it did. I was very clear in my post that I was asking people what they would say (mean) to someone if they could...meaning people IRL...not Bumpies!

I remember all this stuff. Even though I've never been a major poster, I've been around since the beginning. I was happy to avoid most of the LNCIs though since we got lucky with a good sleeper (and I'm on West coast time:)

Yes! I would love to see the day in the life posts revived. I wonder how it's all changed. (Mine USED to sleep till 630 or 7. Now she's up by 5. Sigh)
