I love fried bologna

I just ate a grilled cheese with fried warmed up bolgna on it. I am guessing it's ok bc the meat is warm. What is your opinion? It taste so good! I want another one.

Deli meats are ok as long as they are cooked until they are steaming. It kills any trace of listeria.

I think it is safe when heated, I normally love fried/grilled balogna, but it sounds gross since getting pregnant. Enjoy one for me!
