Horrible Gas Pain

How can I alleviate gas pain? It keeps me up at night. I avoid most foods that cause it but I am still experiencing it. Thanks.

    My OB office said that gasX is safe during pregnancy because I'm having the same problem. I definitely didn't have this with my first :-(

    Hang out and relax like this for a while.  It helps relieve gas.
