DH and I are gearing up for IUI#1 when AF shows. ?We decided not to try this month because I had to order my meds prior to when I would know if AF was going to show. ?I have been awful about temping for the last week, so I don't even know if I o'd. ?I have only had one other anovulatory cycle that I know of, and that was last March. ?I figure my body is just messing with me since I asked for specific days off next month, when I assumed I would have doctor's appointments. ?It's anyone's guess now!?

I'm here!  I start my first gonal F cycle tomorrow!  I'm worried though because I had a cyst and they said it was fine to continue.  I will be so upset if it gets cancelled because I'm OOP and if I take the meds for nothing, I will be ticked!!!

My RE office is really getting to me!  Insensitive and rude to say the least!  I think after this cycle I'm going to take a cycle break.  Never thought I'd say that since I'm getting close to 38 but this is all I think about!

Indiana, I hope AF comes soon or  a BFP!

I am here, my last pregnancy turned out to be a partial molar pregnancy. Now, I have to wait at least six months until we can TTC again.  But I'm sure I'll be around from time to time. 

I wish you both much luck and BFP's soon.

I'll bite! Wish I had better news to report. I just had my first IVF cycle canceled on Saturday (day 8 of stims) due to low response (3 follicles). I used up more than a third of my lifetime insurance benefit on those meds and all I got were some really vivid dreams and a bad taste in my mouth after my evening shots.

I had my WTF on Monday and we're going to try an antagonist protocol in about 7 weeks (basically two periods from now). Hopefully I'll have a better response on this protocol.

I'm here, got sick again. ?I got sick on x-mas, was fine and then today... ?AF is supposed to show on Thurs. ?Happy New Year to me! I have been spotting since dh & I had nookie last night.

I'm here. I thought for sure we were going to get a BFP on the 29th but then aunt flo decided to show before she was due on the 26th. We used an OPK and had our hopes up. We have my fingers crossed for this next cycle.

I am here too. I got Af this past week. I think I have a luteal phase defect. I am going for a blood test at the end of Jan. I am still going to try in Jan anyway. I have been taking 200 mg B6 with no luck yet.

Hi-I am jumping in from TTTC...I wish you all the best on the new protocol. My RE is using it for me for my IVF cycle as the aggressive approach...I am very excited! I hope we both have success with it!

Good luck indiana, I hope your IUI cycle is it! Kittycat, I had a short LP too, you might want to consider natural progesterone cream. I think it helped me since my 7dpo b/w showed a 7.9. I was also taking 100mg B6 in this last BFP cycle. GL to you too!

Hey Indiana~  I'm still here....having a rough time this holiday season.... but I am on my 1st cycle of injectibles (Follistim) day 9 and am having a good response so far.  At my appt today, there were 4 follicles on the right and 2 on the left that were 13mm or bigger.  The doc wants to have the 'multiples talk' on Friday when I go back.  My Dec cycle on Clomid only produced 3 follicles and no BFP, so they are going to try and make sure there are more than 3 follicles this time around.  (Which I am totally fine with!)

only side effects have been a SUPER SORE stomach from the shots and some bloating..

We are having our 4th IUI on Saturday or Monday depending on the size, timing, etc.

Good to hear from you and keep us updated~  Happy New Year~  Here's to hoping that 2009 brings us all our BFPs!

I'm here.  I m/c this month:(  But on the positive side I did get PG on our 1st try with #2 and we got PG on our 1st try with #1 (she's now 2.5).  I have the ok to try again after I my next cycle...so hopefully in Jan. we'll try again.  I'm normally like clockwork but am not sure how my next period will playout due to m/c.  I've never m/c'd before so this is all new to me.

I'm here...waiting for AF to start on Friday. As usual, I'm secretly hoping to start off the new year with a bfp, but I can already feel the cramps starting, so I'm enjoying my beer and will just patiently wait for what I'm sure will happen...at least I have an RE appt scheduled for the 12th of Jan to start the madness again. It was nice taking a break from ttc this year, but now I'm ready to get on with it again. Good luck to everyone!! And happy new year!

I'm back. I was out of town for several weeks and mostly out of touch. I do have to report that I am on my way with IVF #1. Went in for day 4 baseline ultrasound and bloodwork on Tuesday and started on BCP yesterday. Next step is contacting the IVF nurses on Friday to finish up our paperwork and get more information on schedule and medications.

I'm here - been a big lurker for the last few months. I'm almost 38. I am still trying to get the hang of testing (and trying to figure out that all the slang is!) I am struggling because I just had part of my thyroid removed and started synthroid just as we were starting TTC and my cycles are all sorts of irregular. I'm on day 18 and haven't O'd yet where last month I O'd on day 14. At least I bought a book to keep track of everything and am trying to compare month to month. I usually start testing with an OPK around 14 and haven't been tracking my temp (mostly because I don't get what it all means!) I'm hoping to learn a lot from you guys.

I'm here. Stupidly got my hopes up this month, only to have AF show up today. Happy New Years to me. My cycles keep getting shorter. I'm down to 25 days now. WTF?

I am here. AF is due to arrive in two days (11dpo) so waiting for that to come and we can try again next cycle. I had all kinds of pregnancy symptoms but apparently they are just AF symptoms.  Got a negative pg test a hour ago so not in the best of moods right now but will perk up later.  I plan to workout today which always clears my head and brightens my mood.  Lots of babydust to everyone this month!  Hope to see some awesome BFP's this month!!

Im here! I am waiting to O, Im on CD 20. I am wishing by some miracle that I get a bfp because otherwise next cycle, I will start on clomid, get an HSG and prob having an IUI as well. Its overwhelming to think of it all.

I'm here too, but the bump is blocked at work, so I am a lame poster. I'm 3DPO, so just waiting.

I'm 37, DH is 33. This is my 3rd cycle charting, but I love the info it provides. Our insurance doesn't cover any fertility help, so we are on our own. I haven't had any kind of tests yet, but have been off the pill for almost 2 years, but like I said, only started charting in Oct.

I'm here but we're not pursuing IUI until April after a 3-week rafting trip down the Grand Canyon.  I'm still hopeful we'll get that lucky break and not need IUI but after 15 cycles I'm not counting on it!  Good luck with your IUI, I hope 1 is all it takes!

I thought last month was going to be a success.  DH and I both had a good feeling but AF showed. I get pos OPK's every  month on day 14 or 15 but no BFP.  I don't chart because I can't get uninterripted sleep for long enough, so I don't know if I'm actually O'ing.

Hi I am here too. I've been lurking on occasion. I'm 37, TTC #1. Have only been trying since June but its been an adventure already. I've been lucky to get 2 BFPs unfortunately followed by 2 early natural M/Cs (Aug & Oct.) My cycle has been all over the place so OB suggested we take Nov & Dec. off. I've been charting and I think my LP is short but will try again this month and Feb then go back to OB if no luck. Apparently the six months of trying starts over each time you conceive so who knows when/if they'll send me to a RE or if I'll need one. I'm on CD #9 and have planned to join my husband at a conference our of town Jan. 11-16 during when I think I'll O. Yes, my life is now officially geared around this TTC. Good luck to you all.
