Booze and chinese food

I have a craving for fried rice. I was going to attempt to make it for dinner with veggies and chicken. What booze goes good with this? Red wine perhaps?

I agree. I think wine is too fancy for fried rice. I would do beer or hard cider.

I do white wine or beer if it's anything Asian, Indian, middle eastern.

So my vote is Sapporo or sake.
