Colours: I chose grey for my colour. This was the colour we wanted the nursery to be painted and we would have blue or pink accents depending on whether it was a boy or girl. I found this wall art on etsy and fell in love. I wanted it for when we got to decorating. Thanks again @uneek1323 for this thread everyday. It really helps people work through emotions and a way to identify with others who are feeling similar feelings no matter what stage of grief we are in. Thinking of all you wonderful ladies today.
Mine is emerald. They're both May EDDs and that is May's birthstone. I also love that emerald is a "gender neutral" color. Since we didn't know if we were having a boy or a girl it seems fitting.
We were still in the early stages when we found out about our loss. There wasn't a nursery or any signs in the house that a baby was coming except for an expanding collection of maternity wear. The only thing that seems to trigger strong thoughts of our baby is the thick masses of green clover that covers our yard. Some days it makes me smile and others I find myself holding back tears. Our baby's EDD was March 15, so close to St. Patrick's Day that clover has become a symbol of our baby that was.
I can't post my picture because it's on my blog and I'm now driving to visit my family. I don't know how to PIP on mobile if the picture isn't on my phone. Anyone know?
Anyway, I chose green. It's the color I associate with growth and life. My angels did not live long, but they did grow.

This was an intetesting one for me as I had never really thought about it. For my first pregnancy, the ring I bought after the loss does have a white pearl for the birthstone, so I guess that is the color I most associate with it. My second loss reminds me of Christmas, as the EDD was Dec 17, so I think of red and green.
Pink. It's always pink. I knew our home would be taken over by pink bows, frills and dresses. This was the weekend before we lost Addie. We were testing paint for the nursery. My beautiful DH in the first picture, our samples in the next and our inspiration below. This paint remained on the walls until April. The door to this room closed unless one of us were brave enough to enter. We were so excited about that little pink room.

I don't have a color that represents my baby, but when I think about colors, I think about the changing leaves outside. Looking at the leaves makes me happy, and it makes me hopeful that by the time they're green again, I'll be expecting my rainbow.

This is the blanket we wrapped Marianne in when she was born sleeping. This mint/sage green has been my favourite colour for a long time; it's all the more meaningful now. Right as I was typing this my husband came over and placed the blanket on my heart/ chest, and I wish I could leave it there forever.
I have always used the birthstone colors for my angels. I ordered this necklace after my last loss and I just ordered the month's birthstones. I guess October has two either pink or opal. The lady who made it emailed me and asked which I preferred and I never got the email. So she just sent it with the opal color and I love it.

I never really associated any specific colour with any of our babies, I'm not sure why. But when I asked DH what he thought, he said white. His reason was that we have seen every baby on an u/s and they are always white. So white is the colour that represents our babies.
