My doctor said no, but I can take regular Tylenol and unisom.

ditto on the tylenol and unisom. or benadryl. simply slep is the exact same thing as benadryl by the way, so i got the thumbs up on that one too.

My Dr. told me I could. I mean all it really is Tylenol with the active ingredient that is in Benadryl. And you can take that too so why not.

At the end of my pg with DS my OB recommended tylenol pm when I was having a lot of trouble sleeping.  I think in the first trimester I would really try to avoid taking any medications.  (That's just my opinion).

I actually just called my doc with this question today.  She said it was fine to take.  Isn't it funny how different doctors tell us different things?

My OB said it is fine after the first trimester.  I had restless leg syndrome with DS and she told me to take it so I could get a good night's sleep every now and then.
