1st Trimester

New to The Bump/1st Trimester

Hi! I've been stalking this board for the past couple of weeks, so I figured it was time to introduce myself. I'm pregnant for the fourth time, the other three ended in early m/c's...hoping this one sticks. At this point, I'm a little over 9wks and saw/heard the heartbeat at my 8wk u/s. My husband and I recently moved from Washington, D.C. to New England. I have already learned quite a bit from this board. Congratulations to all of you :) Here's to the good, bad, and ugly days ahead :) -S

  • Welcome and congrats! And I know pregnancy after loss is hard, but a friend of mine just went through a very similar situation and is now happy with her chubby baby. You're doing great!

  • Thanks! We are around the Boston area. It is absolutely gorgeous here.

I have been nauseous since before I even knew I was pg but I only wake up during the night and get sick. The only thing that is really kind of uncomfortable is the sciatic pain/restless leg thing at night. My poor husband has been sleeping in bed with me but I know it can't be pleasant. Ha.

    Congratulations to you!
