Not Baby Related: Suggestions Please!

I'm looking for a place to be able to get my hair done.  I'm wanting highlights, but I want a place that is safe, helpful, and fairly priced.  It seems like everywhere I call is really expensive and I would be new and I'm worried about them being safe for Baby.  

I'm living in Clermont, just off of 27, so anything in the Clermont or Davenport area would be appreciated!
