I have had some sharp pains in my pelvis here and there for the last week so the dr. checked me today @ 11w6d and the baby is doing great. HB is a strong, healthy 164 bpm and they think the pain is just from constipation, TMI. I have gained 8lbs already though! Eeekk!!! I am going to start walking tomorrow with my daughter after work daily. I'm so happy the pain was nothing serious and baby is safe.

Glad everything with your LO is okay! Don't stress about the weight- but exercise is always a good thing. I'm starting to go for more walks this week too! Also I'm choreographing a musical so that helps
