Is everyone measuring how much whole cow's milk they give LO? Or do you just fill their sippy cup and pretty much guess how much they are getting since you know how much the cup will hold? Sorry for the stupid question.

The cups we use have the ounces on the side so I keep track that way.

Same thing I've been doing with breast milk. I know how much I offer - I then measure at the end of the day how much is left, if any.

Ok, I have the Playtex insulator straw cups and it says they are 9 oz cups but no other markings. I guess it's all just preference. Thanks!!

Our sippy doesn't have the oz. markings but I measured the normal 6 oz. that he was taking and it fills the cup so I know how much is in it.
