    I know I'm being emotional, but I feel like if you intend on being an active member on this board, it would be kind to change your avatar from the standard Bump, to something more personal and less pregnant.

My first time using a laptop is when I changed mine because I couldn't figure it out on mobile (which is what I use 99% of the time) but I did it before joining here. I was thinking the same thing a couple days ago.
I also just deleted all my old "weekly bump" pictures because it was getting hard for me to keep looking at them and it took awhile to actually hit delete for my own emotional reasons. I also considered other people looking at my profile. I don't Even know if people can see those pics. I had a hard time doing it but I did it or myself and respect for others.

I wanted to make it clear, that I'm not trying to be snarky, or to single anyone out.  I just want us all to be a little more aware of our audience.  I am personally friends with a few PgALers, and while I enjoy seeing their belly pics, I have a little more warning and time to brace myself for that.  I am sure some of the other members may feel the same way.

Not only for your reasons, but also, if you are going to be active, why wouldn't you want to make it something more personal?
For me, avatars and siggys are the easiest way to remember someone, and not get her confused with the ten other people with that same exact stock flower avatar.

I agree with you. I would give brand new members some slack since maybe they haven't figured out how to change it yet. But, I immediately changed mine so it would be more personal and easier for people to recognize instead of a stock image.

Sorry you're having a rough day.

As far as the avatars, there may be people who aren't able to change them. I was having lots of s/n issues when TB made the switch and couldn't change my avatar until I created a new account. I wouldn't be surprised if there are others in that same boat.
