Intramuscular shots ( Progesterone)

Is there a specific place that I should be doing the shots?  I know it is my behind, but anywhere specific on my behind?

    This is a great video that helped me when I needed to do my own. Ignore how the lady keeps grabbing the poor other ladies butt! It's a little weird, but the video helped me sooo much!

    Lost baby A. Praying that baby B stays healthy. Baby B hb 175 at 11 weeks

    I was shown below the hip bone and above your crack as far as height is concerned to avoid hitting the sciatic.  Don't forget to pull back and check for blood.
