People that buy a partial cow or pig

Went to a BBQ and some guy grinds his own meat. He brought burgers that were 50% ground beef and 50% bacon meat. Holy shit. It was probably the best thing I ever tasted.

Just wanted to throw that out there since I know we have a few people that buy 1/3 of a cow or pig or whatever.

We don't buy in bulk, but I did get a meat grinding attachment for the kitchen aid. It was such a pain to clean and got stuck a million times. I think the beef I used was too lean.

Did not consider putting bacon in. I know you can wrap burgers in bacon. I did that once and DH didn't like them. How is that possible?
